We attended the lunch bar dining experience. It was amazing start to finish. Good fun, Food combos I never knew about, yummy. The staff were friendly. 100% recommend

Day with my granddaughter who loves baking & pasta 😀
Such a great day, Ian was a great teacher and didn't patronise the children while imparting a wealth of knowledge to both adults and kids.
We came away with much more than the info on the course promised.
We will be back and will spread the word.

Had a really great evening at the Lunch Bar Dining Experience, 8 courses of great food cooked fresh in front of us, couldn’t recommend recommend enough!

This was so good to do last Saturday. I'm not particularly experienced and was put at ease straight away with the professional and relaxed style of chef Ian. It was great to try new things, and nothing was a daft question or ask. Had to sample of course along the way.. We made our own lunch, which was so good. The food to take home is still being enjoyed too.
Alli in, this was something else. Highly recommend. A key takeaway is the confidence it's given to do even more now at home.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Lunch Bar experience we had here. The seven course menu was amazing and our host chefs were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and entertaining. Who knew that such a place could be found inside an industrial estate! Definitely would recommend this experience if you’re going to be in the Bury St. Edmunds/Newmarket area.

I booked the Lunch Bar experience for a private dinner and from booking all the way through the actual night, the ICE team provided fantastic service. They answered every question I had and allowed me to personalise the space with decorations. Before the event, the owner John, called me to chat through the expectations for the evening and he was so friendly and professional. On the actual night, the ICE team went above and beyond to make the evening memorable, making extra effort with dietary requirements and even creating a special cocktail for the guest of honour at our dinner. We had an 8-course tasting menu and each dish was truly exquisite - fine dining, but without any pretention, and it was clear how passionate John and Kieran (the chefs) were about their craft and good-quality ingredients. I would recommend the ICE Lunch Bar without reservation - I'll definitely be back!

I celebrated my 40th birthday at ICE with friends and family. There were 30 of us and I couldn’t have asked for more. From the planning with Sarah, being hosted by Ella and exceptional food and drink from the kitchen and bar!! All my guests commented on the amazing food and delicious cocktails. The welcome drinks were a great suggestion and went down well. We had the entire garden and the heaters kept us warm as the sun set. Incredible from first contact to the end of the evening. A birthday to remember!!

Visited for a Sunday brunch. Food was excellent. It was a glorious day so we sat outside, but the music (distorted by being played too loudly through poor speaker) went from reasonably chilled through to heavy metal that was oppressive and difficult to speak over.

We do adore our music here at ICE and try to include a range of genres to satisfy all our guests. Naturally, our playlists can’t always please everyone and we’re always more than happy to adjust the volume if requested.

It's like a portal to another world. Hard to visualise such a fantastic place, great concept and brave idea could be in the place that it is. Full credit to the owners and staff that have worked so hard to make it a reality.
It's really pretty in the evenings with the lights outside - even on a rainy/snowy dark and cold evening. Inside, it was great seeing the different styles and themes, along with seeing the different areas.
Date night seemed expensive when I paid for it, but it's not. It was a wonderful evening, over many hours. I managed to cook the best chicken I've ever had (no idea how), and everything we did was both fun and tasty.
Fern the chef/teacher was a great host. Patient, attentive and clearly trying to make the evening special - which it was. Thank you.

Great food but disappointing customer service.
Had to remind staff to bring our drinks after ordering and was charged extra £2 for maple syrup. Pancakes were lovely but the tiniest of pots of maple syrup just wasn’t enough. Wasn’t the lovely experience we were hoping for, a smile or a little kindness goes a long way. Food was really lovely, just need to get the customer service right and it would be better
