Enjoyed our first escape room. Staff were courteous and helpful. Some things could have been better. E.g. being advised on the website that this was not the best escape room for newbies. Being advised that we would need to be able to read small print and so those of us who needed them could take in reading glasses. The torch on the walkie-talkie was not much use. maybe a better torch could be provided. When we received our photograph, the name on the board we carried and the name on the photo did not match. We e-mailed asking for it to be changed and reissued but two weeks later have still not heard anything back.

Hi Jill, great points, thank you very much for that feedback, I'll amend the text on the website for that. Really sorry about that team photo issue, I didn't see an email about this so maybe it got junk/spam filtered, what was the team name on the photo so I can find and fix and resend?

A good laugh. We enjoyed the room although we didn’t escape! Friendly helpful staff, a quirky thing to do and a lovely touch to have a souvenir photo!

Great fun! Lots of clues to solve that made our brains work well and Bo cheerfully helped us only when we needed it! Would definitely go again...

Bo, our host was incredible & definitely made a lasting impression! The Future Room was very challenging, so I would suggest trying this room to test your escape room skills !! We will definitely be back. It was great fun & a must do

We have done several escape rooms but The Aztec room is definitely our favourite so far!! It had brilliant theming,ingenious puzzles and fabulous fun !!A brilliant hour !!

We were a group of 4 friends in our 60's/70's - we had never done an Escape Room before so we were a little nervous!
We need not have worried - Beau, our host, was brilliant, so informative and clear about everything and also so much fun :-)
We did the Christmas version of the Gedding Room - it was absolutely great - the props and the back story were spot on for Christmas! We only managed to find 2 out of the 4 challenges but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - thanks so much!

The room we were in was well designed and had a unique connection to real world events, which helped it standout. The clues were cleverly hidden and while some of them were difficult, they didn’t feel unfair. The ones we didn’t find were more of a result of our bickering and basic lack of teamwork rather than from being impossibly hidden.
Staff were very helpful in terms of both the instructions they gave before we entered the room, and during the room when we were clueless and trying to kill each other.
All and all, would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Our host Beau, was super friendly and enthusiastic. The Aztec room was amazing with great decor and fantastic puzzles/tasks. We felt like we were contestants on the Crystal Maze. Our second escape room with the Evidence Room… we will be back
