New Year's Eve a real failure.
We booked for an animated New Year's Eve dinner in the style of " rigatoni"
We ended up in a room with 4 cross tables and background music
Meanwhile in the other room proceeded the animated dinner and celebrations.

I honestly didn't think I could eat so well in a hotel restaurant... well I have to change my mind. Excellent quality of fish, care of the manic dishes, reception of the Metre and its staff out of the average... then eat by the pool in midsummer... and sublime.
Since I met him (August 24) I have already come 3 times , family, friends , as a couple ... experience to try ... do not hesitate

Local with a relaxing and romantic atmosphere by the pool, delicious food, very professional service. Free parking (not negligible element in Catania). The fork discount applied regularly. We will certainly return! It was a fantastic discovery thanks to The fork.

Terrible massage experience. Incompetent masseuses who simply spray oil on the body even after multiple specific requests. Wellness center in extreme need of maintenance.

Terrible experience, nothing but relaxation...
Cold water in all the pools, and it is useless to warn the operators because they have already known for some time that this is the situation, they just make fun of you by saying that maintenance will arrive and in the meantime they finish the 90' of the route.....
At first I thought it was just the water problem, but then taking a walk around I realized that the aroma therapy room was turned off, next to it there is a door, which leads to the machinery, always open and where drafts come from of cold air, in the changing room the sofas are placed towards the entrance so if you open the door, from outside they will see you naked, furthermore the water in the showers is also cold so it is better to wash at home, otherwise you will have to cross, in costume and wet, the reception to get to other changing rooms that have hot water.
Well what else can I say... in those 90 minutes I heard everyone present complaining about the discomfort they were experiencing.

I went to the 4spa to spend a relaxing afternoon with friends but instead it turned into a stressful and "chilling" experience.
The capacity of the spa was absolutely not sufficient for the large number of people present, at reception they told me that the capacity was around 28 people, I think I counted at least 40 just inside the tubs, the sauna and the Turkish bath, without considering the relaxation areas (it should be noted that hotel guests can also use the same spa).
Hot tubs full of people so much so that it was almost impossible to find a free seat, herbal tea corner with no snacks. Mandatory hair caps for women, but evidently not for all... in short, total chaos. Anything but a relaxing afternoon.
The changing room without heating, only 4 showers inside, with only the bubble bath dispenser and not in all of them. (The spa does not provide any welcome kit or even a shower towel, just a spa tablecloth). We were at least 20 girls with long hair and only 3 hairdryers available. There was no hot water, not even warm, but downright freezing. Despite this, they continued to let in loads of people without even trying to justify the lack of hot water and above all without even trying to find a solution for those present.
More than a year ago I had also tried the private spa service and they had forgotten to turn on the Turkish bath, which is why it was not possible to use it, and even that time the staff was not able to find a solution.
I believe that your management is really bad, furthermore unforeseen events can happen but the essential thing is to know how to remedy them if you want to deserve the name of "wellness center" or "4 star resort hotel".

We booked a one-hour massage costing €65 which included a full body treatment with plantar pressure and other things that I no longer remember.
It should be noted that the environment was cold, the massage performed as a simple delicate rubbing of the skin. I asked to focus more attention on the shoulders and neck because they were particularly tense....but evidently the masseuse was not competent in the matter and simply continued spreading the oil, which was also cold.
Not even a drink or herbal tea 😓
Personally I expected more.
I won't go back, I won't recommend it.

Thieves incompetent and rude reception staff don't respect the timetable so I couldn't take advantage of the massage and they didn't refund me for the wellness program and only boiled water incompetent manager.
