Staff/lifeguards were great. Group size was quite big for the swimming conditions. Causing it to be a bit chaotic. Definately need to be a confident swimmer due to crossing a strong current.

Very skilled and confident operator.
However too many people in the trip I spent more time watching that a didn’t get kicked in the body or face by fins.
But saw 2 turtles!
Was an experience swimming in the passage so worth the crowd.
I would suggest the company cap numbers to 10-15
Otherwise enjoyed it very much.

Great couple of hours spent with Tee and the team. Saw plenty of turtles and eagle rays. The briefing for the snorkel and movement around the passage was good. The equipment for use was also good. Thanks!

Fantastic experience.
From the detailed safety information given, to what the group was going to experience in the Lagoon and the correct way to use a mask & flippers was great. I felt totally safe the entire time.
(I would loved to have taken home your sand map of the reef though) 😆
If you have your own water shoes bring them otherwise their is plenty of equipment available.
After the first five minutes snorkeling I was starting to think turtle's mmm.. but then you saw these free swimming creatures appearing from everywhere, more than I could count. Unbelievable :) To finish my afternoon snorkel I was lucky to find myself amongst seven eagle rays that just appeared from the depths ending a perfect experience.
Well worth the money and definitely will be a repeat customer

This was a great experience. T was very clear with instructions, and we felt very safe throughout the entire trip.
Our resort did not recommend this operator, but the Trip Advisor reviews were great, so we went with that. Glad we did. We got to see plenty of Turtles and Eagle Rays.

The experience was incredible. The staff were informative and super friendly. They ensured everyone participating got to swim with turtles. What an amazing experience… would definitely recommend!!!

Although we saw many turtles and some eagle rays, the number of participants was far too high to enjoy this experience. We felt like we were in a flock of sheep transhumancing across the lagoon.
Moreover, the visibility was very reduced the day we arrived.
The group leader and management were, however, very professional. The equipment on loan is also in excellent condition.

Although the weather & water conditions were not as clear as we would have wanted , it was a great experience. T & the crew did a great job although we thought the ratio between customers & team was too high 37 customers to 5-6 crew. At times we felt unwatched & on our own. As water was murky we didn't see the 'Rays' & only limited Turtles - would love to go again on a clearer day & less customers , cheers Mark

Thank you, thank you thank you for being outstanding 5* hosts and making my whanau have the most amazing time and taking away unforgettable memories.
I especially want to thank the amazing / awesome team member who took special care of our moko who is not a confident swimmer in the ocean, she came home with the biggest smile and had the time of her life. The rest of our whanau spoke highly of you all, your love for the ocean, and it's inhabitants, the care you took, the knowledge and stories you shared and the suggestion of a later timslot was perfect for them all. Our whanau came with you last year and had a blast but said this excursion was 5***
We highly recommend Snorkle Cook Islands and do the later tour if offered

Tours are run based on the tide as you are swimming in the channel where water flows in and out of the reef. Varies from 7AM to 3PM. I went at 9.30AM. Hope this helps.

Hi, I am wondering if this activity would be suitable for my 9 year old? Could he wear a life jacket to snorkel along the surface? He is confident in the water but I'm not sure he could swim for 2 hours without being able to touch the bottom.

I think he would be perfectly OK as either side of the channel you can stand also the guys are very careful and supportive. 😉 ENJOY
