The place is unique with a personally indescribable look. It is worth every second in contact with the snow and the attractions that the park offers.

It's a whole experience that we live with -17 degrees. In the middle of the climb we stopped to rent clothes; it is not included in the ticket.
When climbing, inside the park you can only eat inside the park. If you leave, you can't go back in.
There is a stopper at the top, which is worth it! It eats deli and is quite a sight experience. I don't know if it's a toddler ride, but there was.
If it gets cloudy the park closes its activities until it clears keeping people there. We had to wait a couple of times in the day until it opened.

A disaster absolutely everything.1 hour in the cold waiting for each game...then we do 1 game (culiskate) and our 7-year-old son diverts his sled and goes under a net that was not in a hurry...he cut his entire neck...started bleeding...absolutely no one came to see how he was.

Very nice place, but that's all! Bad infrastructure with dirty bathrooms, queues for everything, very expensive and horrible diners. Clear lack of professional management, a shame for Chile!

Ops, first of all, I didn't travel with Trip & Tour Turismo, I think they were lucky to put a title that brings back everyone who will criticize Farellones here. The criticism is to the Farellones park.
Look, my daughter went bad and they looked after her well. Well... they let rest a bit in the nursery and the nurse was very, very friendly. The guide joked that the queue for the Tyrolese is the largest queue in Chile.
I didn't find the employees badly polite, just overloaded and stressed.

The idea of the park with snow activities, which go beyond skiing and snowboarding, is sensational. The execution is terrible. I was on the 31/07/2024. There is no queue organization. But the issue of security took more. There was a vent in the early afternoon. The air toys began to spin and the children in them were thrown from a height of more than 3 meters and turned around the ice. The toys didn't have any snows. Employees ran to rescue, but the toys. The children's rescue took a long time. 1 out of 3 left unable to move. The ambulance took a long time to arrive. I didn't see any firefighters, police or press on the scene, despite the severity of the injuries.
