The cottage was very clean and tidy, and was to a very good spec.
Parking is an issue, do not try to drive up to the cottage as you will have a mare getting through. We were given directions by Blue Chip direct to the door, we wish we hadn't. Next time we will drive along Marine Parade, stop by The Clipper Cafe, drop the wife and baggage on the side of the road, and continue up to the Ness Hotel Car Park, and pay and display there for the week. Then come back to the wife, and carry everything to the cottage which is a 30 second walk from the cafe. There is very little free parking, the best place we found was first left over the bridge from Teignmouth, just by the church.
We loved the cottage, and the surrounding area.
