This trip, a family reunion involving 42 people in 5 houses, was my first time to visit the Outer Banks. This house was typical in architecture to the surrounding homes with the added bonus of a pool (which we used) and a hot tub (which we didn't). The top floor had several decks, the kitchen, the dining area, the family room, and the master bedroom (king). The middle floor had three bedrooms: one king, one queen, and a bunk room with four twins. There were 2 baths on this floor. The ground level had a game room with a refrigerator, sink, and half bathroom.
The top floor was very pleasant, and spacious enough that we were able to host 36 for dinner one night and smaller groups a couple of other nights. The pool was great for the children who were too young to spend much time in the surf. Overall, it suited us quite well.
