STUNNING views from the deck and living area. The beds were very comfortable, and the rental and payment processing was relatively straight forward. The layout of the home itself was well suited for 4 (assuming at lease one couple). The amenities however, were a disappointment.
The inside furniture was very outdated (mostly circa 1985), there was no coffeetable, and there was a latenight spider hatch out of one of the lamps—which we immediately relocated out to the garage. Unfortunately, the house has very poor lighting, so the lamp was sorely missed. There are rodent deterrents plugged into all the rooms, which spark if you attempt to plug something else into the unused socket.
The kitchen cupboards were a bit grimy, and the “fully equipped kitchen” contained mismatched cookware, cutlery, and cleaning supplies that all appear to have either come from a garage sale or the Dollar Store. One night we had steaks, and had to pass around the only two steak knives we ...
