Third time in Budapest in one year for dental treatment, and this was the second time that I stayed at the City-Haus in Budapest. It is really conveniently situated in the 17th district (a good one!) near different bus/tram/metro routes as well as a big shopping centre (Arkad:I'll mention Spar for food, clothes/shoes/jewellery/bag/stationery/book shops galore, various take-aways, opticians, you name it they have it!), a smaller centre/Sugar & Ikea, but away from the main street, in a quiet little road just behind the hotel Eben where I had stayed the first time. Budapest town centre is about 10 minutes in the metro.
There is furnished kitchen, bathroom (with a shower), a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (I believe the top floor can also be rented additionally if needed), a sitting/dining room, and outside, a sheltered terrace which overlooks the garden (and beautiful cherry tree). There is a caretaker (who lives across the road) who will pass by frequently/nearly daily to see ...
