We stayed for almost 2 weeks middle of May 2014. Charlotte, the local English manager, met us promptly and did a thorough orientation. She was most helpful with getting a DVD player and extra keys, and setting up a mid-stay cleaning.
The apartment is quite large for French city standards, we think, and was very well equipped. The built in Espresso maker was not working, but Charlotte brought in a Nespresso which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen has all the basics and we cooked there most evenings. The wine cooler was a very nice touch too. The little outside patio was comfortable; the internet was fairly reliable and fast; the TV, iPhone doc worked well. The heat for the building had been turned off for the spring/summer and it was chilly, but there was a large space heater which we used to take the chill off in the evenings. The master bath was excellent and set up so that you did not fill the bathroom floor with water when you took your shower. Closet space was very good, and the motorized shutters in the master bedroom meant you could sleep any time of the day. Quiet in the bedroom too.
We especially liked that the place had supplies of most everything, so we did not have to go out right away to get paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, wine, coffee, etc. That was very very much appreciated. We replaced what we used, of course, and added a few things, but it was a surprise to find it so well stocked.
The location was fine for us, within walking distance of the Tourism Office, and all the central sights and river; grocery, fish shop, meat market, bakery all very close and good quality. Best thing was being just a block from the entrance to the Public Garden, so it was easy to get in a walk, or just have a nice place close by to sit outside.
All in all, its an excellent apartment, well tended, and easy to enjoy.
