We spent a wonderful week in this flat in March 2009. The flat is a studio - one large room, but it's well divided so that it feels cozy. The furnishings are quirky and delightful, many of them made of metal, in keeping with the location. There's a lovely little roof terrace which we used a lot, despite it being March. It was great having a washer since we were there for a week.
The location is terrific. It's on a quiet street, just between one of the main streets of the North Laine and the Level. Pretty much anything you'd want to do in Brighton is within walking distance, including the train station. We had a rental car and had no trouble parking it nearby.
The only problem we had was several nights in a row, after the pubs closed, there was a couple having screaming fights in German on the street below. But this is something you could encounter anywhere, so we didn't hold it against the flat, itself.
All in all, I would happily stay there again ... mehr
