Try to avoid tripair.com!
I booked with them since they offered the cheapest rates for my American Airlines flights. When American Airlines changed flight times the overall itinerary did not work end to end anymore. When I tried to get hold of tripair to solve the matter:
* No answer to several emails or just a notification of reception 24hrs later - nothing helpful. And only putting me off from day to day.
* Even when I developed several alternative flight options they were not able to follow up on them.
* Communication on the phone was a pain in the neck since they either hardly spoke English, they referred to writing an email for any inquiry (see above) or said they were for "emergency" only.
Nice trivia: Even if you are not a web-designer you will clearly notice that the company's sign in front of the allegedly office clearly is photoshopped...
I was really relieved that American Airlines took care of us and found a perfect travel solution that otherwise had set us back several thousand Euros - even though they did not have to, since tripair was our contractual partner.
